Lead system improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, enhance performance, strengthen reliability, and improve operational capabilities across MDM environments. Maintain proactive engagement with executives, directors, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute improvement initiatives. Support business teams in effectively using MDM tools and applications through education, training, content development, and tool enhancements. Oversee projects and strategic initiatives involving internal teams and external partners, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Help advance a global, scalable MDM architecture capable of supporting enterprise applications and AI environments. Promote high-quality, trusted data as an organizational asset and enable data-driven insights that support broader business strategies. Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory, safety, security, and organizational policies and communicate significant issues or opportunities to appropriate leadership. Strong business acumen combined with technical credibility and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into business outcomes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization and collaborate across senior leadership, technology, business, and external partner groups. Strong judgment and independent decision-making skills, particularly when balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and strategic objectives. Experience developing training materials and delivering instruction to audiences at different organizational levels. Familiarity with process-improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred. Experience in analyst roles, call-center support structures, query/report writing, incentive compensation systems, and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
